Every logo is sold only once. Once purchased, it is automatically removed from the marketplace and becomes associated with its new owner. No second customer can purchase the same design.

Every product on MARK&LOCKUP is the result of human creativity, experience and professional craftsmanship.

Our logos are designed by hand. Our typefaces are developed from original letterforms created by our team. Our mockups are thoughtfully produced for professional presentation.

We do not use AI-generated designs as substitutes for original creative work, and we do not populate our marketplace with assets gathered from other sellers. What you find here is created for MARK&LOCKUP.

ONE LOGO.
ONE OWNER.

OWNERSHIP & EXCLUSIVITY

Once it's yours, it's yours.

One logo. One buyer.: Every exclusive logo is available to one customer only. Once payment is successfully completed, the logo is automatically removed from the marketplace and cannot be purchased by anyone else.
Ownership transfer: The logo is assigned to the buyer named in the purchase records and ownership documentation. The buyer receives exclusive ownership of the transferable economic copyright rights specified in the copyright assignment agreement.
Commercial freedom: Use your logo for business branding, packaging, websites, advertising, merchandise and other applications. You may also modify and adapt it.
No standalone resale: Exclusive logos may not be purchased in order to resell the logo as a standalone design asset.
Ownership documentation: Every exclusive logo purchase includes a PDF ownership document with the relevant purchase and ownership information.

Copyright ownership and trademark registration are separate matters. Buying an exclusive logo does not automatically register it as a trademark.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Clear ownership. Clear terms.

Exclusive logos: Include the agreed copyright assignment and ownership documentation. The design is removed from sale and the buyer receives the rights defined in the agreement.
Fonts: Remain protected digital products created by MARK&LOCKUP. Usage and distribution rights are governed by the font licence.
Mockups: May be used to present your creative work, including commercial client projects. The original files may not be redistributed or resold.
